Eventay is a privately owned company, and we have no allegiance to any hotels, venues or partnered businesses. All of our suggestions for event locations and services are unbiased and based solely on your personal requirements.

At Eventay we always operate a no-fee policy on all transactions and bookings, so our services are entirely free to you, our clients. Credit/debit card info will be requested at the time of booking, which will be used as a guarantee when booking event spaces, accommodation, etc.


Most clients usually pay on vacating their hotels, though we can arrange pre-payment if you would prefer.


Booking with Eventay allows for flexibility until just before your event, without any rate changes. Cancellations and no-shows will however be subject to the individual hotel’s policies.


Yes, however we do not make reservations for Guest Houses and B&B’s, as we cannot guarantee the levels of service and quality at such establishments.


Yes! We work with over 100,000 hotels worldwide and have exclusive access to a wide range of discounted rates not available to the public.


Event will securely store your booking data for 18 months, from the date of your event. We do not however keep any of your credit or debit card details on file. For further details, please see our Privacy Policy.
